Cephus Bennie Lingani, manager of Chikumbutso Salima, has dismissed recent reports suggesting that the versatile attacker rejected a new contract offer from FCB Nyasa Big Bullets.

Reports on Saturday claimed that Bullets are working to secure Salima to a new contract, citing interest from another unnamed big club.

Chikumbutso Salima has been voted as FCB Nyasa Big Bullets Hubertus Clausius Malawi Player of the Month for November.

The team has announced the news of Tuesday through their Facebook page.

He has beaten Yamikani Mologeni, Babatunde Adepoju and Yankho Singo for the award, his first as a Bullets player.
